Standard Timeline: 8–12 weeks (recommended)
Rush Orders: 4–6 weeks (rush fee applies based on design complexity)
Ultra Rush: 2–3 weeks (limited availability)

Payment, Refund & Return Policy
At Graceful Wears, each gown is individually designed and handcrafted to your exact measurements, preferences, and design selections.
To begin the design and production process, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required. This deposit allows us to secure your production slot and begin sourcing the premium fabrics, specialty materials, and embellishments required for your custom piece.
Because of the personalized nature of our couture process, all custom and bespoke pieces are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.
